There are both programs you can download, and places on the web that will convert these types of files to .avi, .mpg, etc. is one of the sites which will convert the flash files (swf) to a more user friendly movie type file. If you are in a situation where you can't 'install' software, your best bet may be to do a Google or Yahoo search for convert flash to movie file and look at some of those sites.
